TRAVELS…I’ve just returned from Florida with my gang. Tashi took umbrage at being confined
for the six-hour trip and tried to eat the Jeep, Jo Jo got car sick and veteran traveler Jefferson ignored it all.

WHAT I’M WRITING…I’ve
FINISHED the third Elvis mystery (Southern Cousins) and am already plotting the fourth.
I’ll be holed up the rest of the summer writing a sprawling novel I absolutely love. It’s like nothing I’ve done before. When
I’m ready to announce details, you’ll be the first to know.
WHAT’S NEW…Roy and I are setting up a special page for
book clubs. It will feature readers’ guides, free book plates and an interactive column called
Ask Elvis. There’ll be other surprise goodies, too. I hope to have it ready in August.
LIBRIANS AND BOOKSELLERS will soon have a new page, which will include a downloadable press kit.
